Shipping & Delivery

Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Post Dispatch, deliveries are done across India within 3 - 8 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.

Shipping Charges:

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Packaging & Handling Charges:

We Procure specialize secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.

Delivery

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@dhanyabhagya.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
